Keystone Vandal Screen goes "beyond the call of duty"...

Lawrence, MA, 2002— A drive by shooting incident sent .22 caliber rounds flying at a public housing residence. One of the bullets struck a railing and ricocheted toward a window fitted with a Keystone Industries Vandal Resistant Screen. The screen "caught" the bullet, preventing it from entering the window.

After being taken down by local police to remove the bullet, the screen was reinstalled in its original place and remains in use today. The screen had been installed five years previous to the incident.
